Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for ZeeBhutan Tours:

If a tour is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the start of the tour program, there will be no cancellation fee.

If a tour is cancelled between 59 and 45 days before the start of the tour program, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour cost will be charged.

If a tour is cancelled between 44 and 30 days before the start of the tour program, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.

If a tour is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the start of the tour program, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.

If a tour is cancelled between 14 and 7 days before the start of the tour program, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.

If a tour is cancelled within 7 days of the start of the tour program or after arrival in Bhutan, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all tour programs offered by ZeeBhutan Tours. Additionally, cancellation policies for third-party services such as flights or hotels may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
